Induction Furnace: Our induction furnace has 600kw generator panel connected to 2 crucibles of 0.5 and 1 Mts each.
Machine Moulding Line: we have Jolt squeeze WHPL-1and WHPL-3 machine’s, Semi Automatic Sand Plant (Muller, sand sieving, magnetic separator, Zip cranes etc.)
Hand Moulding line: We manufacture castings in this line by the CO2 moulding process.
Fettling & Finishing Line: We have two airless shot blasting machines to clean the sand castings and then they are fettled by the different grinding machines before the go in for machining.
Machine Shop Line: We have 19 lathe machine of various makes, 2 drilling machines and 1 milling machines.
Pattern Shop: Our pattern shop is fully equipped to develop ad rectify our patterns.
Wet & Dry lab: We have in housed a wet and dry lab inside our work premises to cross check the incoming and outgoing material and products for a compliance with respective standards.
Physical Lab: We have Universal testing machine, Izod Impact tester, Polde hardness tester, Rockwell & Brinell Hardness tester.
Spectrometer: We have emission ray spectrometer for 17 elements in cast iron and also for SG iron.
Heat Treatment Furnace
Pollution Dust Collector: We have installed the state of art pollution and dust collector to collect the dust and the harm full fumes which come out of the furnace while melting of the scrap takes place.
